CX50 has the same image width as CX500 at a lower speed. At the narrower width, CX300 is faster than CX30. For CX500, check how many items fit across the web and how much material is left as waste.

About this press

Do you need rolls or sheets after printing?

It depends on the next operation. Roll die cutting and rewinding need a roll; sheet cutting, creasing and assembly need sheets. We select finishing equipment around that and check its speed.

How much finished output can I get per shift?

The rating of up to 30 m/min is not enough to calculate this. We need product size, layout, run length, changeover time, waste and finishing. Die cutting or assembly will limit output if they are slower than the press.

Choose a configuration

Send a substrate sample and artwork, including the flat layout for packaging. Tell us the run size and whether you need rolls or sheets after printing.

Roll die cutting after printing

Knife and laser systems for finishing labels after Xeikon roll printing. Selection depends on web width, substrate and artwork.

For CX500 labels, consider these systems only with narrow webs: RK up to 380 mm; RK2 up to 320 mm; LCT/LCT2 material up to 390 mm and cutting up to 350 mm. They cannot process the full 520 mm CX500 web.

We check the substrate, cut quality, matrix removal and throughput using your artwork. These are separate roll finishing machines; an integrated line requires engineering verification.
