CX30 prints self-adhesive labels with dry toner. Artwork changes need no plates, and variable data can be printed in colour. We test the substrate and finished label before selecting the configuration.

White in one pass

Opaque white provides a base for colour on clear labels. The fifth station can also carry another agreed toner.

Detail and variable data

1200 dpi imaging and the X-800 front end support text, graphics and personalisation. Verify code readability using a sample of your artwork.

Room to grow

Cheetah provides upgrade paths for speed or width. Upgrade scope and availability must be checked for the specific press.

CX30 and CX50 have the same speed; CX50 has more space across the web. CX300 is faster at the same image width as CX30. CX500 combines a wider web and higher speed. Check labels per row and the volume of orders you need to print.

Speed depends on substrate and print mode. 322 and 508 mm are image widths; 330 and 520 mm are maximum web widths.

About this press

Will my film work?

Provide the substrate brand and reference, thickness, adhesive and coating. The spec sheet lists paper, PP, PE and PET, but some materials require a particular coating or toner. Confirm suitability through a print test.

Can it print food labels?

Selection depends on the finished construction, storage conditions and destination market. Toner documents do not replace checks on substrate, adhesive, varnish and barrier. Agree food-contact conditions separately.

How many finished labels per shift?

We need label size, lanes across the web, run sizes, changeovers and finishing operations. Rated speed describes printing; die-cutting, inspection and rewinding also limit finished output.
