Xeikon UV inkjet label printing
For household chemical, cosmetics and beverage labels, check colour, small text and durability. PX3300HD prints with UV ink cured by LED light.
CMYK and white at production speed
PX3300HD prints at 1200 × 1200 dpi and speeds of up to 70 m/min, including with white. Print width is 348 mm. The press uses PX-Cure LED HD inks.
Image control during printing
An integrated camera monitors register, and the system also compensates for missing nozzles. This helps maintain quality during printing rather than finding defects only when inspecting the finished roll.

When selecting equipment, we consider the substrate surface, required white opacity, and exposure to moisture and chemicals. For food packaging, the construction, conditions of use, and finished-product requirements are assessed separately.
Send artwork and a substrate sample with the format and run size. We will use them to select the press and finishing equipment.
