CX500 has a 508 mm image width, allowing several items across the web. Printed material can be rewound or cut into sheets.

CX50 has the same image width as CX500 at a lower speed. At the narrower width, CX300 is faster than CX30. For CX500, check how many items fit across the web and how much material is left as waste.

## About this press

Do you need rolls or sheets after printing?It depends on the next operation. Roll die cutting and rewinding need a roll; sheet cutting, creasing and assembly need sheets. We select finishing equipment around that and check its speed.

How much finished output can I get per shift?The rating of up to 30 m/min is not enough to calculate this. We need product size, layout, run length, changeover time, waste and finishing. Die cutting or assembly will limit output if they are slower than the press.

Send a substrate sample and artwork, including the flat layout for packaging. Tell us the run size and whether you need rolls or sheets after printing.

For paper packaging, match finishing to the 520 mm web and sheet preparation. PK/PK4/BK/TK4S cutters require confirmed format and feeding. MCT handles sheets up to 508 × 355 mm, so sheeting and layout checks are required; it does not process the full 520 mm web.
